Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all FUAARK branding tags intact before securely packaging the items.
Pickup & Transit
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the digital acknowledgment receipt.
Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse team verifies the product quality, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange size immediately.
